Bridger Ski Foundation is a nonprofit community organization based in Bozeman, Montana, that promotes athletic and personal excellence through educational and competitive programs in three Olympic ski disciplines. 

Our statement of values drives the organization:

• Maximize Athlete Potential:  Provide educational and competitive programs that assist each participant and athlete in reaching his/her potential in the sports of Alpine, Freestyle and Nordic skiing.

• Quality Programs:  Provide quality training, educational and competitive venues that support and develop athletic excellence.     

• High Caliber Coaching and Staff:  Attract, retain and develop directors, coaches, and staff of the highest caliber, both personally and professionally.  Provide ongoing training and learning opportunities for the directors, coaches, and staff.

• Development:  Expand athlete enrollment and fundraising in order to better serve the mission.

• Endowment:  Create and grow an endowment sufficient to provide scholarships at all levels of the program.

• BSF Community & Sportsmanship:  Require all athletes, parents, coaches, volunteers, and employees to exhibit exceptional sportsmanship.  Cultivate a positive community environment that strengthens the BSF community.

• Volunteer Partners:  Cultivate positive relationships with BSF volunteers and grow a healthy volunteer program.

• Community Relations:  Promote positive relationships with the community, key community partners, and supporters of BSF.

• Academics:  Build relationships with the school system to help participants excel in both  BSF and school.
